Brandy Adkins - Executive Chef
As a child, my father inspired me to expand my way of thinking when it came to food. I was introduced to a huge variety/array of flavors, desserts, pastries, and authentic ethnic foods etc.
As a result (in 2004) I started my own "sweets" company, as a start in the right direction. I figured if I loved food, it would be a success! I took orders for friends, family, private events, and birthdays. I discovered that my passion for all things food was strong.
Years passed and after plenty of practice, I would create a balanced palette which would later lead me to pursue a professional career in culinary arts. In 2011 I would begin my journey in obtaining a Culinary Arts degree. Two years later I would graduate, with honors, and start my life long dream of being a Chef.
Almost immediately I was hired into an Executive Chef & Executive Pastry Chef position. I was on my way to living my life long dream, but something wasn't fulfilling my passion. I needed to use my Restaurant Business Management portion of my degree. I needed to create without boundaries. So I started my own restaurant, and kept my sweets company. I worked as hard as I could to be successful for my family. I am a PROUD mother of three beautiful children and wife to an amazing husband. I needed this for them.
As my restaurant grew bigger, my companies grew stronger. I began creating beautiful cakes for Vesica Piscis Chapel & I knew I loved this Chapel almost immediately!
As time passed I began (as co-owner with Jenesis Tremble) a Tulsa based catering company. Jenesis has over 10+years in the wedding industry, & is the best at what she does. So I knew immediately that we would suceed at ANY venture we obtained. We partnered up to create an amazing company and as time passed relationships with the wonderful staff led to a proposal to utilize my ideas as their Private Executive Chef.
So with over 10+ years experience, my Executive Catering Coordinator, Jenesis Tremble & I look forward to creating beautiful events for you & your guests!!
